Suzanne joined Morgan Young in 2009 as the Managing Partner for Technology and is a co-owner of the firm. Suzanne is a business leader who understands first-hand the demands and challenges facing executives and boards. Suzanne is trusted by enterprise clients, privately held businesses and the private equity community across Asia Pacific & Japan to appoint Senior Executives and build Board capability. Suzanne has earned a reputation for being agile, transparent and always able to deliver. Suzanne excels at global searches for specialised skills and competencies for Australian and Asian domiciled clients.
Suzanne’s search career began in the UK in 1996 before moving to Australia in 1999. Since 1999 Suzanne has worked with global technology vendors and professional services firms building their leadership teams across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. With over twenty years’ experience in search and a specialisation in the technology sector, Suzanne has built a network and reputation which gives the firm access to the best possible talent across the region and beyond. Suzanne has lived and worked in Spain, Indonesia, Jordon, Singapore, United Kingdom and Australia. Suzanne holds a Bachelors Degree in Politics & Philosophy from the University of West England.
James Young – Managing Partner
James Young is the founder and Managing Partner of Morgan Young. James leads Morgan Young’s Asia Pacific Financial Services business and is based in Sydney. He is a member of the firm’s Board Practice and partners on various senior-level assignments. James is closely involved in several of the firm’s key client relationships in the region. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and currently serves as Secretary & Treasurer for the AESC Council of Asia Pacific & Middle East.
Since founding Morgan Young in 2007, James has been responsible for leading the Financial Services Practice and overseeing the growth of the Singapore and Hong Kong offices across both the financial services and technology practices.
James and his team have successfully completed mandates in Retail Banking, Professional Services, Investment Banking, Global Technology Vendors, Corporate Banking, Fintech Start-ups and Big Data & Advanced Analytics with Australian, UK, US, and Japanese listed corporations. Morgan Young’s clients are leading blue-chip organisations and pioneering companies in the region.
James has lived and worked in the UK, USA,Saudi Arabia and Australia. He read law at Queen Mary’s College, University of London and graduated with honours.

Tiffany Egan is Principal and Founder at Social6, a consulting firm specialising in strategy design and execution for marketing, content and social media.
