Third parties
Third parties may use cookies, web beacons and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from Morgan Young websites and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and target ads. Two third parties with tracking code on the Morgan Young website include Facebook and Google Analytics. Visitors may opt out of this by running a scan of your desktop, laptop and mobile devices with a program from the Digital Advertising Alliance and selecting the opt-out check box against any or all providers revealed by the scan. Aside from the specific third parties mentioned above, an individual's data will not be disclosed  to any third party unless Morgan Young is required to do so by law.

Why We Gather Information

Morgan Young collects personal information from individuals in the course of our work as an Executive Search firm. This information includes what would normally be expected to form a resume (eg. contact details, employment history, qualifications, languages and other skills). It may include notes resulting from interviews and discussions with referees and a record of our contact with individuals. In addition, our data may include information gained from private sources and biographical details found in the public domain.

All information collected by, or provided to, Morgan Young is entered into our database. This database is secure, with access only available to Morgan Young employees and is used for the purposes of providing executive search and related services to our clients.

An individual sending us information about themselves on an unsolicited basis should be aware that this information may be entered into our database. If an individual does not wish this to happen, unfortunately we will not be able to assist their employment search activities.

How We Use Information Collected 

We gather information via our website to help deliver executive search recruitment services to individuals and corporate clients. We capture contact information to enable us to respond to incoming enquiries. We may use information we collect about Visitors for the following purposes:

Morgan Young may store and process any information collected in connection with the Website in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers. By using our Website, you consent to the collection, storage, transfer and processing of information outside of your country of residence. We currently maintain offices in Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Morgan Young does not capture or store any information relating to race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union memberships, generic or biometric data, health or mortality, sex life or sexual orientation.

While Morgan Young attempts to honour do not track (“DNT”) instructions we receive from a Visitor’s browser, we cannot guarantee that Morgan Young will always respond to such signals, in part, because of the lack of common industry standard for DNT technology. We continue to monitor developments in DNT technology and stay apprised of DNT industry standards as they evolve.

Morgan Young takes appropriate steps to ensure the security of personal information under our control. In addition, all employees undergo training on data privacy and security. All documents provided to clients contain a statement reminding them of the confidential nature of the information they receive.
