Suzanne’s search career began in the UK in 1996 before moving to Australia in 1999. Since 1999 Suzanne has worked with global technology vendors and professional services firms building their leadership teams across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. With over twenty years’ experience in search and a specialisation in the technology sector, Suzanne has built a network and reputation which gives the firm access to the best possible talent across the region and beyond. James Young – Managing Partner
James Young is the founder and Managing Partner of Morgan Young. James leads Morgan Young’s Asia Pacific Financial Services business and is based in Sydney. He is a member of the firm’s Board Practice and partners on various senior-level assignments. James is closely involved in several of the firm’s key client relationships in the region. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and currently serves as Secretary & Treasurer for the AESC Council of Asia Pacific & Middle East.
Since founding Morgan Young in 2007, James has been responsible for leading the Financial Services Practice and overseeing the growth of the Singapore and Hong Kong offices across both the financial services and technology practices.
James and his team have successfully completed mandates in Retail Banking, Professional Services, Investment Banking, Global Technology Vendors, Corporate Banking, Fintech Start-ups and Big Data & Advanced Analytics with Australian, UK, US, and Japanese listed corporations. Morgan Young’s clients are leading blue-chip organisations and pioneering companies in the region.
James has lived and worked in the UK, USA,Saudi Arabia and Australia. He read law at Queen Mary’s College, University of London and graduated with honours.
Nicole Gunning – Partner

Nicole is a Partner at The Culleton Partnership (TCP). Nicole has an established Practice and is a trusted advisor for critical talent agendas such as leadership, succession, gender balance and board composition. Nicole partners with Asset & Wealth Management organisations, working with senior executives across money management, advice, corporate superannuation, institutional and retail distribution, product, strategy and marketing. Nicole has over 25 years’ Executive Search experience following an early career in financial markets.
Nicole joined The Culleton Partnership in 2004, and became a Partner in 2011. In 2018 Nicole added herself, and TCP, to the Morgan Young platform allowing both organisations to broaden their depth and deliver their expertise to select clients in the Australian and Hong Kong markets. Warren Riddell – Partner
Warren leads the firm’s Professional Services Practice and provides M&A strategic services to professional services clients.
During Warren’s 30 year corporate advisory career he has worked in private investment companies and professional services firms globally. Most recently, Warren was a Partner at Beaton. In this role, he led buy and sell mandates and advised on new market entry and growth strategies for major international and local professional services firms.
Prior to Beaton, Warren served as Director of a private media investment company in London and New York, Partner in Ernst & Young’s Corporate Finance practice in the Middle East and Europe, and Partner-in-Charge of Arthur Andersen’s Asia Pacific Privatisation & Infrastructure Finance practice. As Managing Director, Warren also led the turnaround of Hawkesbridge Capital, a private equity fund, raising over $100 million in funds under management .
Warren is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England and Wales) and holds a BA(Hons) in Economics, Finance and Law from Lancaster University. He also holds two Masters degrees from the University of Sydney: one in European Studies and one in Political Economy (winner of the Jo Martins Prize).
Tiffany Egan – Chief Marketing Officer
Tiffany Egan is Principal and Founder at Social6, a consulting firm specialising in strategy design and execution for marketing, content and social media. Prior to founding Social6 Tiffany worked in managerial and executive roles at high tech companies around the world. Brands she’s supported include Lotus Development, Tivoli Systems, IBM, TIBCO Software and Cisco Systems. She prides herself on being a ‘no drama’, collaborative, results oriented business partner.
Tiffany has lived and worked in Europe, Asia-Pacific and North America and has run country level, regional and global teams. She is leading Morgan Young’s marketing, content, and demand generation activities. She has a proven track record of building high performing, happy teams, designing process for efficiency, bridging gaps between Sales and Marketing and creating go-to-market campaigns which bring tangible revenue results. She’s a fan of innovation and technology and in having practical conversations about how to help businesses get the results they want,using budgets big or small.

Tiffany joined Optim as a Partner and Director in 2015 following 20 years of business psychology experience across a range of internal and consulting roles in Australia, the UK and the US. She has spent her career supporting senior leaders and their teams in developing a deep insight into themselves and their aspirations, with a view to helping ultimately achieve these goals. She has a particular interest in supporting her clients to successfully navigate key transitions. Tiffany has a young family and is passionate about personally creating a meaningful, sustainable and fulfilling career and life whilst enabling others to do the same.

Stanley is a Director of Morgan Young Hong Kong Ltd. He is a Veteran IT Executive in Product, Solution and Service operations covering major enterprise customers in Greater China and Hong Kong. Stanley was formerly the Managing Director for SAS HK Ltd; SAP HK Ltd; General Manager HK & Southern China for Teradata; and the General Manager for East China for NCR. As one of the most respected technology executives in the region Stanley has added tremendous value to the growth and positioning of Morgan Young in the North Asian geographies. Stanley is a trusted advisor managing complex strategic mandates for multi-national technology and professional services organisations. In conjunction with his appointment to Morgan Young Stanley is also a Director of Datamargin.com, a big-data analytics services business, which has just completed it’s first round listing at the New Equities and Exchange Quotation (NEEQ) market in Beijing. They are heading towards IPO in SZ market.
